Bella Refund/Returns/ Exchanges Policies



Customers’ acknowledgement
1. That his or her payment is for the procedure(s) performed during the term of the agreement
and not for any specific result.
2. NO RESULT IS GUARANTEED. He or She understands that results will be varied.
Additional treatments may be obtained at additional price.
3. He or She understands that any cosmetic injectable service which has been administered
is not refundable
4. He or She acknowledges that the risks and complications of all treatments have been
explained and understood by he or she prior to treatment. Allergic reaction will be treated and
at the event of an allergic reaction or adverse reaction which is a risk that the customer may
experience, such an event will not constitute a refundable event of the completed treatment.

Treatment Refund Policies
1. Treatment package is refundable within 30 days of payment provided it has not been
utilised in full.
2. If customer would like to cancel the treatments , they will be charged the price per
treatment based on their package together with an amount of processing fee. Only the
balance will then be refunded .
3. Any Treatment packages that exceed 30 days are not refundable but eligible for product
exchange or they can elect to transfer to their nominee.

Products Returns & Refunds
Returns /Exchanges
1. To be eligible for a product return/exchanges, your item(s)/product(s) must be unused and
in the same condition that they were received . Unused items/products can be returned or
exchanged within 7 days from date of purchased only then entitled for a full refund or store
credit of the same value. Store credit can be applied to purchase other items/products sold by
the company.
2. All returns must be accompanied with proof of payment (receipt or invoice) before they
can be processed.
3. For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify I Bella Sdn Bhd first at quoting the order number and product details.

4. If customer has not responded to exchange notification 10 days after the date of
notification, I Bella Sdn Bhd reserves the right to resell the items on and keep
the proceed of sale.

1. Once we have received your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund
after inspecting the item.
2. If your product return application is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card
(or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within two weeks or the period
required by your card issuer & policies.
3. Sales items or purchases that have been made with discount coupons are non-
exchangeable or refundable .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning of your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have received a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
