CREATIVE DESIGNER
Bella Clinic MY is a one-stop beauty and wellness center located in Kuala Lumpur, offering aesthetic solutions for the face and body through a blend of medical science and fine art by experienced doctors. Our goal is to help everyone achieve their best from the inside out.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ of professional experience in graphic design, art direction, and copywriting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing in beauty and aesthetics line.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- This role requires a dynamic individual who can bring creativity, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the Malaysia and Singapore markets to deliver impactful design solutions.
Job Role:
Campaign Conceptualization and Design:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience in both Malaysia and Singapore.
- Ensure consistency in branding across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, print collateral, and advertising materials.
- Work closely with Marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions.
Art Direction:
- Provide art direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring visual content aligns with the overall campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to achieve high-quality visual assets.
Copywriting:
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop messaging that complements the visual elements of campaigns.
- Ability to Write compelling and engaging English copy for marketing materials, ensuring it aligns with the brand tone and resonates with the target audience will be advantageous.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about design trends, cultural nuances, and market preferences in both Malaysia and Singapore.
- Conduct periodic market research to identify opportunities and adapt design strategies accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project and product development, to understand their design needs and contribute to overall campaign success.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when necessary to support campaign execution.
Adaptability:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, being adaptable to changing priorities and timelines.
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling various design tasks and challenges.
Communication Skills:
- Effectively communicate in design concepts and ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.

Language Proficiency:
- Proficient in Bahasa & English, with the ability to create compelling content and designs that resonate with audiences in both Malaysia and Singapore.
